Veritas Peptides is committed to dispatching orders promptly and securely from our UK facility.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not ship internationally.

Processing Time

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days of cleared payment. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Service, Cost and Time

Orders under £100: Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.99
Orders of £100 or more: Royal Mail Tracked 24 - FREE

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver within 1-2 business days of dispatch. This is a delivery aim, not a guarantee; some postcodes may take longer.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item.

Packaging

All products are securely and discreetly packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, industrial action or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact us at sales@veritaspeptides.uk quoting your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
